Courtney Dozier has a Masters of Science in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville. She has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, including experience as a payroll manager for a Fortune 500 company. Due to this diverse experience, Courtney can provide a business viewpoint that is not limited to data entry. She has worked with individuals, partnerships, LLCs, non-profits, and corporations, with an emphasis on small to medium size businesses. Courtney is conversant with a variety of accounting softwares such as QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop; various payroll service providers including ADP and Paychex; and also a variety of Point of Sale Systems like Arryved, Aloha, and Quickbooks POS. She is knowledgeable about financial statements, payroll, and general ledger reporting with a focus on strategic intentionality and standard operating procedures that allow an organization to work smarter and realize progress. Courtney is also a Notary Public of North Carolina. 

 

Courtney and her family are on a mission to visit every North Carolina State Park this year and they are nearly half way there! She loves volleyball, sunshine, and a good book!
